For website redesigns and custom application development, an official proposal will be generated for your specific objectives.
Within the proposal, refund terms are outlined for your project. Our standard refund policy is: “In the event of termination of this agreement for any reason, CLIENT shall pay OT for all services rendered and expenses incurred by OT prior to the date of termination, and CLIENT shall be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees that have not been earned.”

For website maintenance, PPC advertising, and analytical consultations, you will be billed post-service, and therefore no refunds are given as all services and consultations have been rendered prior.
