Refund Policy

Online Transition (OT) offers website services and products tailored to your project or application requirements.

Custom projects

For website redesigns and custom application development, an official proposal will be generated for your specific objectives. Within the proposal, refund terms are outlined for your project. The standard refund policy states: in the event of termination of this agreement for any reason, CLIENT shall pay OT for all services rendered and expenses incurred by OT prior to the date of termination, and CLIENT shall be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees that have not been earned.

Service-based billing

For website maintenance, PPC advertising, and analytical consultations, you will be billed post-service. Therefore, no refunds are given, as all services and consultations have been rendered prior to billing.
